Each booth type comes with exciting opportunities to engage with fans, showcase your products, and be a part of the vibrant Comic Con community. Refer to this page for booth types and its entitlements.

ARTIST ALLEY - THE FOUR

* Booth size: 4sqm

* Inclusive of needle punch carpet

* Inclusive of foam board with booth number in vinyl cut out text

* Inclusive of 1 table with skirting (6ftL x 2ftW x 830mmHt)

* Inclusive of 2 chairs

ARTIST ALLEY - DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Please be aware of some of the guidelines, rules and restrictions we have, to ensure all artists based at ARTIST ALLEY have a
successful and enjoyable event.

* All banners/displays must be free standing, single-sided and only a maximum depth of 30cm. Please make sure that the tops of all banners/displays are no more than 2.3m tall (from the floor) and no wider than 2m (for THE FOUR) and 3m (for THE SIX).

* Displays on tables need to be inward facing and no taller than 1.4m; no artwork should face out towards another creator’s
table; displays/banners cannot obstruct the visibility of other tables.

* The sales of unlicensed material, stolen and AI generated artworks are strictly prohibited. Any exhibitors conducting
such sales will be asked to remove them.

* All artwork displayed needs to be the work of a creator who is present at the table; do not display the work of an artist who is
not at the show.

* Strictly NO drop shipped items are allowed. SGCC reserves the right to reject/close the booth if found otherwise.

* All displayed artwork must be kept within a PG or PG13 Rating.

* THE FOUR tables are meant for creators to sell their artwork or items directly related to their craft (commissions,
sketchbooks, prints, comics, etc). Sale of general merchandise such as t-shirts, pins, badges, stickers, etc should be
kept to a minimum.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

* A maximum of two (2) artists are allowed to share a unit.

* Participants are allowed to take up a maximum of two (2) units of THE FOUR and/or THE SIX, in the combination of their
choosing.

* AA Exhibitors are entitled to the following quantity of badges:
• 3 (Three) badges for THE FOUR
• 4 (Four) badges for THE SIX
• 5 (Five) badges for THE EIGHT

* The purchase of additional badges are subject to additional charges & final approval by SGCC. THE FOUR exhibitors are not entitled to purchase additional exhibitor badges.

* For THE SIX & THE EIGHT, choice of stand location is on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Location choice is not applicable for
THE FOUR.

* All applications are subjected to accreditation. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by SGCC Team.

Payment should be made in Singapore Dollars or its equivalent in USD or other foreign currency. Overseas
exhibitors should contact Generation Experience before making payment to agree on the exchange rate which will
be valid for 2 weeks.

* 9% prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applicable.

BOOTH TYPE - DO IT YOURSELF (D.I.Y)

* Empty (Raw space) sold only.

* Exhibitor can conceptualize the booth branding & layout, subject to final approval by SGCC team (on overall branding) & the venue owner (on safety aspects).

* Exhibitor can appoint their preferred design consultant/agency, in which the appointed agency must be approved by SGCC team to commence works.

* All DIY booth packages booth design must be approved by SGCC & venue owner before build commencement is allowed
onsite.

* A fees of S$30 per badge is applicable for additional badges, subject to final approval by SGCC

* No financial credit or items exchange will be provided by SGCC for any entitlements not utilized

* 9% prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applicable.

BOOTH TYPE - FOOD KIOSK

* Any further enhancement is allowed with Kingsmen, our appointed official contractor only , at a cost.

* 9% prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applicable.

* With Singapore Food Agency’s (SFA) requirement, a minimum of 1 sink is required for each exhibitor. No sharing of sink is allowed in compliance with SFA’s regulation. Should there be 2 exhibitors within a (shared) booth space, 2 sinks are therefore required

* Rule of Thumb: Number of sinks required = determine by number of exhibitors shared within the booth space.

* Food vendors must be able to provide the following documents to SGCC, facilitating the application for a Temporary Fair Permit subject to approval by Singapore Food Agency (SFA)

NEA Retail license (Only LOCAL registered) will be accepted
Menu list (items & prices) to be sold at SGCC
SFA completed Temporary Fair Application Form (SGCC will provide you with the template upon agreement signed)
NRIC (for application as an individual) OR Updated Business Profile IRAS (for application as a company)

* All food handlers deployed to SGCC must:

complete the basic food safety certification (local certified)
possess valid work permit in compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations

* All food handlers must put on hand gloves, face mask and/or face guard at all times

* Items NOT allowed to be conducted at temporary Fair in compliance to SFA regulations:

Dishes that include ready-to-eat raw fish, seafood or meat. Eg sushi & sashimi, raw oysters
Dishes that are prepared using a mixture of raw ready-to-eat food items. Eg: salad, Vietnamese/Chinese fresh spring roll and Chinese/Malay Rojak
Dishes that consists of food items displayed openly at ambient temperature for consumers to hand-pick the food items
