So, before you embark on your adventure with us, take a moment to arm yourself with knowledge. Trust us, it'll make your experience even more super-powered!

Is it compulsory to put on a safety vest and covered shoes during build up?
 

  • Yes, all personnel accessing the halls during the Build Up (4-5 Dec) and Tear Down (7 Dec) duration must put on safety vest & covered shoes. Those who come without will be denied entry to meet the work health safety regulations.

Do I need to submit my booth visual for approval?
 

  • Yes, Permission-To-Build Notice must be sought from SGCC for all who signed up for D.I.Y package.

  • Submission must be done by 10 October 2025.

  • This is also applicable for exhibitors who intend to conduct enhancement works to the standard booth provision for.

  • Without seeking approval, you will not be allowed to commence build onsite.

Can I come earlier than the designated time for build up days?
 

  • No, please adhere to the designated time as the halls might not be ready for you to commence work

I’m an Artist Alley exhibitor, can I do my set up on Saturday morning?

​

  • Yes, you can do your setup on Saturday morning itself, however do note that you are required to go through security bag check points for the show days duration when the hall opens at 8am. With that, you only have a short duration to conduct your setup as the early access ticket holders are entering the halls at 9am.
     

  • There is also a VIP & Media Preview night on Friday night - 5 Dec from 6pm onwards for 2025 edition.

What time is the halls close during build up & show days?

​

  • The halls close at 10pm daily. Should you require to work beyond 10pm on Build Up days (ie, 4 & 5 Dec), please inform the SGCC team by 5pm on the same day, subject to approval.

How do I gain access into MBS loading bay?

​

  • SGCC will only furnish you with a loading bay access decal after all required/requested documentations are submitted and approved upon. Please adhere strictly to the date & timings indicated.

  • You can only access with a PRINTED copy placed at the dashboard

  • Do note that no parking is allowed at the loading bay, clamping fees is applicable & managed by the venue

I have expensive exhibits, can I leave them overnight in my booth?

​

  • SGCC has engaged general security service for the event duration. Nevertheless, exhibitors must arrange their own insurance to cover all stages of the exhibition, and be particularly careful to pack all items/exhibits immediately after the exhibition closes. For security reasons, small, portable and valuable exhibits/products/display items should be brought into the Exhibition Halls and be displayed closer to the Exhibition opening days and stored away securely at night.

Can I share my exhibitor badge with my clients?

​

  • No, exhibitor badges are purely for personnel who are manning the exhibiting booths. SGCC reserves the right to revoke the badges for mis-use.

Do SGCC exhibitors get free parking during build up and event days?

​

  • There is no provision of free parking at MBS vicinity at all times.

I’m an overseas exhibitor, what permit do I need to apply to exhibit/work in Singapore legally?

​

  • A valid work permit is required & mandatory for any foreigner to work legally in Singapore.
     

  • Any foreign workers who wish to provide peripheral services for the event such as setting up, maintaining, repairing and dismantling the exhibition sites or booths, are required to apply for a “Work Pass” (I-submit) as these activities are not eligible for work pass exemption. Exhibitors who wish to build their own booth falls within this category too. Application of I-submit must be made 14 working days before arrival to Singapore.

Who can I seek help from during the build-up & event days?

​

  • There is an Exhibitor Service Centre located at L1 Halls foyer during this duration. Our official partners are also housed in the same location, ready to render assistance when required.

How many badges am I entitled to?

​

  • AA THE FOUR – 3 badges

  • AA THE SIX – 4 badges

  • AA THE EIGHT – 5 badges

  • 6sqm – 9sqm – 4 badges

  • 12sqm - 24sqm – 6 badges 

  • 36sqm – 8 badges

  • 45sqm & above – 10 badges, subject to a maximum cap
