The SGCC Cosplay Competition is only open to SGCC 2025 ticket holders. You must have a valid ticket in order to participate. *Only shortlisted applicants will be notified*

This year’s competition is open to cosplayers of all levels of experience, Handmade, bought, borrowed it doesn't matter! Extra points will be awarded to hand crafted costumes during judging.

RIIYUUKII
With over 12 years of cosplay experience, Riiyuukii has captivated fans through her diverse craftsmanship, from foamwork and sewing to cutting-edge 3D printing. Her dedication and artistry have earned her recognition on both local and international stages, including being a finalist in the DOTA 2 Cosplay Competition and guesting at multiple conventions both local and overseas.

SHIROGANE SAMA
Shirogane-Sama has been cosplaying for over 10 years and brings extensive experience across many aspects of the craft, including make-up, wig styling, posing, performing, judging international contests (such as World Cosplay Summit, WCS), and organizing local cosplay events. With a deep appreciation for creativity and artistic expression, Shirogane-Sama encourages others to find inspiration, showcase their imagination, and pursue their passion with love.

KIYO
Kiyo is a full-time cosplayer that is no stranger to the local cosplay scene with over a decade of experience under her belt. Mostly known for her cosplays from popular video games such as Street Fighter 6, Marvel Rivals, TEKKEN 8 and many more, she has been capturing hearts with her fiery passion, bubbly personality and uniquely comedic aura.
She hopes to spread joy to people with her cosplays all around the world!
MEET THE COSPLAY JUDGES
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The Cosplay Competition is only open to SGCC ticket holders. You must have a valid SGCC 2025 ticket in order to participate.
2. Open to cosplayers of all levels of experience. Extra points will be awarded to hand crafted costumes.
3. You must be a registered Singapore Comic Con attendee in order to compete.
4. Entries must represent a character or element from the pop culture realm, including comic books, movies & television, video games, anime & manga or fantasy.

Comic Books – Examples include: Superman, Spider-Man, Poison Ivy, Dr. Doom, Rogue, etc.

Movies & Television – Examples include: Darth Vader, The Doctor, Rick Grimes, The Terminator, Daenerys Targaryen, Hit-Girl, etc.

Video Games – Examples include: Master Chief, Sarah Kerrigan, Booker DeWitt, Lara Croft, Link, Samus Aran, etc.

Anime & Manga – Examples include: Ichigo Kurosaki, Mikasa Ackerman, Sheryl Nome, Captain Harlock, Eva-01, etc.

Fantasy – Examples include: Witches, Princesses, Zombies, Pirates, Vampires, Steampunk, etc.

6. Each entrant will submit an application to be reviewed by the SGCC organizing committee. Entrants may only enter one costume into the competition. Shortlisted contestants will be contacted by the SGCC organizing committee and advance to the competition stage.
7. All cosplay events/panels have the potential to be photographed/filmed/recorded in some fashion. These recordings may be used in future galleries or promotions. Signing up for, and/or attending, any cosplay event is done with the understanding that recording could occur at any time, and permission is tacitly given for the participant’s likeness to be used.
